We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. Globexpert Ltd ( Trading as Giving with Gifts ) shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. The goods may be sent to you in instalments.

The goods will be delivered to you at the delivery address you provided during the order process, Globexpert Ltd ( Trading as Giving with Gifts )cannot be held responsible for any errors in the delivery address provided.
Please examine the goods on arrival. If you are asked for your signature on delivery, you must examine the goods before signing for it.

You must notify us of any missing items, incorrectly received or unwanted items within 14 days and return the item to us within 30 days.

How long does delivery take?
United Kingdom – Small unframed items sent within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery – (approx 1-2 working days for delivery) – you will be required to sign for the parcel. We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 4 working days.
International – Small unframed items sent outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For – (approx 5-7 working days for delivery) – you will be required to sign for the parcel. We aim to dispatch all international orders within 4 working days.
Large & Framed items
United Kingdom - Larger and framed items sent within the UK are dispatched using a courier service. Framed items can take up to 14 working days to be delivered during peak times.
Additional delivery charges apply for an address in the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
International – Larger and framed items sent internationally are dispatched using a international courier service – usually DHL or FedEx. International orders for framed items can take up to 15 working days to be delivered during peak times.
Experience & Holiday Vouchers
We aim to dispatch all vouchers within 2 working days of the order. Most vouchers are delivered electronically to the supplied email address. If the voucher is physical, it will posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery – (approx 1-2 working days for delivery) – You will be required to sign.
