Get out in the wild for an unforgettable day's foraging in Pembrokeshire. Gather some of nature's finest bounty before feasting on a multi-course dinner of your freshly collected ingredients. One of the most stunning Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the UK, there are few better places for foraging. You'll follow your expert guide over two sessions, visiting several different areas of the shoreline and countryside to search and gather what's available. You'll learn about a wide range of ingredients that can be foraged, how our ancestors used them, as well as information on a range of other non-edible and poisonous plants and fungi to avoid. Goods gathered, you'll head back to base where you'll clean and prep your ingredients paired with the very best of Pembrokeshire. Your guide Matt, who in his formative years as a chef, initially worked with Raymond Blanc and at many other Michelin starred establishments, will create a sublime multi-course dinner for you to enjoy, elevating your simple, fresh ingredients to fine dining standards. A truly unique experience that is as fascinating as it is delicious.
