This is a serious chocolate adventure for anyone who either loves to eat it, or loves to create with it. Head to the chocolate hub in London together, or one of the impressive hotel locations in Brighton and Manchester, to don your aprons and get creative. Your chocolatier will start the class off by giving you a fascinating insight into the history and process of chocolate, explaining every step from sourcing the cocoa beans to producing a tasty bar of chocolate. You can enjoy the cocoa in its natural state and then try a selection of different quality and exotically flavoured chocolate. Youll create a giant chocolate button and your chocolatier will demonstrate how to make a dark chocolate ganache and you will then have the opportunity to make your own. There will be cutting, dipping and decorating involved during your chocolatey experience and should you refrain from eating it all during the class - you should have plenty of creations to take home with you.
