If you're a keen rower and sporting fanatic then this is the perfect experience for you: the chance to meet and row alongside a GB rower on the River Thames in Henley. You'll meet the day's athletes at a boat club in the picturesque Henley-on-Thames, world-renowned for its rowing history and an ideal place to greet some of the finest rowers in the country. Once everyone's been welcomed the GB athletes will take part in a Q A session, during which you'll discover what it takes to become an elite rower and likely hear more than a few athlete themed anecdotes. After that it's time for some high-level coaching, starting out on rowing machines to make sure everyone's got the right elite techniques before heading out onto the water for quadruple sculls. Each boat will have a professional on the team during your training session on the river, so your expert coaching will continue while you put your techniques into practice. Once you're back on dry land you'll have another chance to get to know the GB rowers during a post-experience debrief, and with photo opportunities aplenty you'll be able take home some amazing pictures as mementoes of this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
