Spend a day perfecting your very own pint with the professional brewers at Sadler's Ales. This experience begins with an introduction to brewing techniques and takes you right through the whole process, making a fun and interesting day out for any beer buffs or ale lovers. After a meet and greet the brewer will lead you through the Pub cellars into the Brew House where your day as a brewer begins. You will weigh out and measure your ingredients and work through to mashing your beer. You'll receive a full tour of the Brewery that will lead you back to the Tap House where you can enjoy a hearty beer breakfast - a bacon and egg sandwich washed down with a few beer samples. Return to the Brewery to sparge your mashed malted barley and run your brew through to the giant copper kettle where it will be boiled and infused with hops. Included with this experience is a light Ploughmans lunch, after which you will again return to your brewing. At the end of your experience you will be presented with an ale gift-pack to take home and will be contacted several weeks later to inform you of when your very own beer is ready to be tasted - you will help create up to 3500 pints during your day and these will go on sale throughout the UK.
