They'll follow an expert tour guide round the All England Lawn Tennis Club to experience all of the sights and sounds that make up the home of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. The guide will answer any questions they have about the sport and the famous tournament. Theyll take the fascinating behind the scenes tour around the grounds of this iconic site where you will visit the Media Centre, BBC Studio, Players' Entrance, Main Press Interview Room and of course the famous Centre Court. You'll take part in a tour of the All England Lawn Tennis Club as part of a small group. Visitors are asked to arrive 30 minutes before the start of their tour. A typical tour includes visits to the No. 1 Court, the Water Gardens (Murray Mound) and the Millennium Building, the Press Interview Room, the Centre Court and entrance to the Museum, which you can enjoy before or after the tour. Highlights of the museum include the Championship Trophies, a 'ghost' of John McEnroe which appears right before visitors' eyes, Virtual Reality 360? show plus film and video footage which takes visitors right into the action of some of the most memorable and exciting tournament matches. There is also an extensive collection of tennis memorabilia dating back to 1555 and a museum gallery with captivating displays.
