Your tutor is Gilly Robinson, an experienced chef and teacher who will take you through some gorgeous dishes and classic sauces including pan-fried sea trout with hollandaise, plaice goujons with butter sauce, classically dressed crab and lobster and razor clams with chorizo. Gilly will round of the day by demonstrating how to prepare an impressive Plateau de fruits de mer. You and your fellow students can enjoy all the dishes you make during the day with a glass of wine. You will take home an impressive skill set to show off at home.

When you arrive at the Malton Cookery School you will begin at 10.00 when you meet your tutor Gilly Robinson and the rest of your class. Learn to cook the finest fish and shellfish the British seas have to offer, including lobster, crab, razorclams, monkfish and more. You will learn lots of useful tips and techniques that you can take back to your own kitchen, like how to fillet and de-scale. The class will wrap up around 16.00 when the class will be able to tuck into everything you have made with a glass of wine.
